Created from otherwise wasted wood that's a result of pruning in orchards, these apple chips impart a mild, sweet smoke flavour to whatever you're cooking. 

Great for game, fish, beef but can really make something special when used with pork and poultry.

Soak the wood in water for around 30mins then add them to a smoking box or direct them onto the coals in the BBQ or Smoker.
