Like the Whiskey barrel chips, these ones are sourced from Rioja in Spain but are infused with, you guessed it, Brandy.

Again, they're great with hearty red meats and game but also do a fine job with fish and veg.  

Soak the wood in water for around 30mins then add them to a smoking box or direct them onto the coals in the BBQ or Smoker.
