Delivery and Returns
We currently deliver Monday - Saturday. Delivery usually occurs 2 - 6 working days after completion of purchase. Next day/same day delivery can often be arranged, please call us to find out.
Bulk products such as top soil or sand must be arranged with one of us as they are delivered via crane lorry.
Delivery to docks and marinas are made on either Friday or Saturday. Deliveries to North London (N and NW post codes) are usually made on a Saturday. You will be informed of which day when you place your delivery.
Same day store collection (within 1hr) is also available if needed.
The map below shows the areas that we currently deliver to. We can often post smaller objects to other parts of the country, please contact us to find out (shipping costs will often vary).
We can offer returns on all non-perishable (turf rolls etc) products if they are in a sellable condition on return, this decision is down to our own discretion.
If you have bought a plant, we will not accept returns any time after a week from purchase unless damage is caused by rot, disease or infection originating in our shop.
All plants need to be cared for until either returned or a collection is made by Lancasters. If a product is no longer in the condition it was delivered in, we may not be able to offer a refund.
A fee for return is deducted from your refund total. Return cost is usually £4.99, however this cost can vary depending on the items being returned.
Items can be returned to store to avoid a returns fee. A receipt is generally required, however if you have notified us ahead of your visit, we can usually confirm which member of staff served you & accept return without receipt.
On return, items are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
