RETURNS
We can offer returns on all non-perishable products when returned within 14 days if they are in a sellable condition upon return.
If items need to be collected, we implement a return cost of up to £4.99, which varies depending on the products and area.
The customer is liable to pay for returns via courier or post.
Items can be returned to the store to avoid a return fee. A receipt is generally required, however, if you have notified us ahead of your visit, we can usually confirm which member of staff served you & accept a return without a receipt.
If conditions are met, items will be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Turf, Christmas trees, cut flowers, and other perishable products cannot be returned.
Plant Returns
We always aim to provide the best plants to our customers and try to match the product images as much as we can. Nature, however, has other plans, and plants will often have natural variations or (rarely) be hit with disease.
If you wish to return a plant, please let us know as soon as possible after delivery. We will not accept the return of plants after 7 days.
Plants must also be cared for whilst they are in your possession. Returns cannot be processed for plants that are in a non-sellable condition unless the condition was caused by disease, fungus, or rot that we agree originated in our shop.
If you believe it has been damaged during transit, we will require photo evidence.
Plant return costs are subject to the same rules as other products.
Refunds are given at our discretion after examination by one of our team.
