Do you have parking?
Yes, we have a car park on-site. Bicycles can also be chained safely.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery can be selected during check out when ordering online. Of course you can always come into the shop and pick out items in person and arrange delivery at the counter.
Orders should be fulfilled 2 - 6 working days after payment and deliveries take place Monday - Saturday. Deliveries to North London (N + NW postcodes) will usually take place on a Saturday.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Currently, we only deliver to certain parts of Greater London and Essex. However, we are expecting to expand our delivery catchment in the near future.
Can I collect an order?
We do offer a click-and-collect service. Most orders can be collected within 1 hour of confirmation, as long as the items are currently in stock.
When are you open?
We are currently open Monday - Saturday.
Do you accept card?
Yes. We accept credit and debit cards (including Amex), Paypal, Apple Pay & more.
Do you offer trade prices?
We are always happy to discuss trade pricing with business customers. Talk to a member of staff for more information.
Which is the nearest train station?
The nearest overground train station is WOOD STREET, which operates between Chingford & Liverpool Street Station. The nearest tube station is Walthamstow Central - about a five minute taxi ride/20 minute walk away.
Do you sell/accept gift vouchers?
Yes. We have our own physical and digital gift vouchers.
Can you load our vehicle for us?
Our staff are always happy to load items into your vehicle. Wherever possible, we can also provide protective sheeting or packaging for messier products, like soil and coal.
Do you have a cafe?
No. However, there is a independent cafe immediately next door to us.
Can I order plants through you?
Yes. If you don’t see what you’re looking for in our garden centre, do let us know. We are always happy to order plants for you from our suppliers, subject to availability. We take a number of deliveries from them each week anyway, so if we order something on you’re behalf, you shouldn’t have to wait long to get it. Ask a member of staff for more details.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes. All of our store and garden centre is accessible by wheelchair.
Can I bring my dog with me?
YES, of course! Pets are always welcome. As with most stores, we only ask that they are kept on a lead.
Are your staff able to give advice?
Yes. Our staff are always happy to offer advice and recommendations. Just ask one of the team when you come in to see us, on the phone or by email. Between us we have many decades of planting knowledge and experience, so don’t be afraid to ask. We love talking about plants!
