Chilli Pepper 'Red Cherry Small' (Seed Packet)

This chilli pepper is known as the 'Piccante Calabrese' or "hot of Calabria." These little guys are spicier than they look and are usually filled with tuna and packed in jars of olive oil.

Perfect for stuffing, as they lose some heat when cooked, but still retain a delicious fruity flavor. Just remove the stem and use a teaspoon to scoop out the seeds before filling.

Not ideal to use when heat is a priority, but definitely more flavorful than your average long chilli.
