Shropshire Seaweed Coir Peat Block

A versatile and eco-friendly growing medium derived from the fibrous husks of coconuts. Coir peat contains no actual peat; the ‘peat’ refers to the fine consistency of the substrate. 

Each brick, when hydrated with 3L of water, makes 10L of growing medium. Perfect for enhancing soil structure and improving aeration, especially when growing houseplants. 

Coir is also great for seed sowing and germination.
