Endive 'Verde a Cuore Pieno' (Seed Packet)

Endive 'Bionda A Cuore Pieno' is a productive variety that develops broad rosettes of denticulated, rather small leaves. Middle parts of the rosette are edible and harvested, while the outer foliage needs to be removed. Narrow, crunchy, juicy leaves of the variety that is available in our store take on different colours, from yellow to bright green. They also strike with a nutty, slightly bitter taste and make for a perfect addition to a salad mix or a side dish to a main dinner course.
