A lovely triple layered, hand forged and rust resistant SLD steel blade on the end of a heat-treated, moisture and bacteria resistant chestnut handle. 

Imported from the third generation knife makers in Sanjo, Japan. They make a great gift.

The Yanagiba is mostly used by Japanese chefs to prepare Sashimi and anything else that involves raw fish.
